What is WogoStar?

WogoStar is a white-label multi-service super-app platform by Abservetech, in the style of Gojek and Grab. One NestJS backend powers a branded customer super-app, driver app, restaurant partner app, a Next.js storefront and an admin console — across eight on-demand verticals with real dispatch, live tracking, payments, wallet, loyalty and AI. You launch it as your own brand.

Who is WogoStar for?

Startups launching their first on-demand app, aggregators bundling several services into one super app, delivery and mobility brands modernizing their stack, and enterprises that need a production-ready platform they can own and customize.

How long does it take to launch?

Because the platform ships production-ready with apps, dispatch, tracking, payments and admin already built, most customers go live in weeks. The timeline depends mainly on your branding, app-store accounts, chosen verticals and payment-provider setup — not on building core features from scratch.

Verticals

Which verticals does WogoStar support?

Eight: Grocery (dark-store quick commerce), Taxi (city, rental and outstation with a fare engine, dispatch, OTP and bidding), Courier (parcel delivery priced by distance, weight and size with pickup/delivery OTP and proof-of-delivery), Food (restaurants with a partner app), Services (on-demand home services), Carpool (a BlaBlaCar-style trip marketplace), Towing (tow-truck and roadside assistance) and Fleet Operator (companies manage their own vehicles, drivers, trips and earnings).

Can I enable only some verticals?

Yes. WogoStar is modular. Verticals are switched on per deployment through the ENABLED_VERTICALS setting, so you can launch a single service like grocery or taxi, or bundle several, and add more later without a rebuild. You only license the scope you need.

Does it do live order and trip tracking?

Yes. Real-time driver dispatch and live location tracking are built in over Socket.IO, so customers watch their grocery order, ride, parcel or food delivery move on the map, with OTP verification and proof-of-delivery where relevant.

Licensing

Is WogoStar white-label?

Fully. Your logo, colors, app name, icon and domain across every surface — customers never see WogoStar branding. The design ships with a green premium theme that you re-brand to your own identity.

Do I own the source code?

Yes — the license includes source access to the NestJS backend, the Flutter customer, driver and partner apps and the Next.js storefront and admin, so you can self-host, customize and control your own roadmap. WogoStar is a one-time license, not a per-order SaaS commission.

How is it priced?

By vertical scope, as a one-time white-label license — Starter (one vertical), Growth (up to three verticals plus wallet, loyalty and coupons) and Enterprise (all eight verticals plus fleet, AI and on-prem). Because it's white-label and quote-based, we give you a tailored figure rather than a fixed sticker price.

Apps & Platform

How many apps and surfaces do I get?

Five surfaces from one backend: a customer super-app (Flutter), a driver app (Flutter), a restaurant partner app (Flutter), a Next.js 16 website storefront and a Next.js 16 admin console. One codebase and one API keep them all in sync.

What is the technology stack?

A NestJS 11 + Prisma 6 backend on PostgreSQL, with Redis and Socket.IO for caching and real-time; Next.js 16 for the storefront and admin; and Flutter 3 for the customer, driver and partner apps. It ships with Docker, CI/CD and a monitoring stack for production operations.

Does it support multiple languages and RTL?

Yes — 50 languages are supported out of the box, including full right-to-left (RTL) layout for languages such as Arabic, so you can serve global and regional markets from the same build.

Payments

Which payment gateways are supported?

Razorpay, Stripe, PhonePe and cash on delivery, plus an in-app wallet. Payments run through a gateway-adapter layer in test or live mode, so you connect your own accounts and keep the revenue. A wallet ledger handles credits, debits, refunds and cashbacks.

Can I run wallet, loyalty and coupons?

Yes. WogoStar includes a wallet ledger, a loyalty points-and-tiers system, referrals with wallet rewards, and a coupon discount engine wired into checkout — plus reviews, notifications, CMS, analytics and marketing automation among its 20 core modules.

Deployment

Self-hosted or managed?

Both. Deploy WogoStar yourself on any cloud or on-premise using the included Docker and CI/CD tooling, or have us run it as a managed deployment with monitoring, backups and updates. Each client runs an isolated branded build — WogoStar is licensed per deployment, not as a shared multi-tenant database.

Is on-premise deployment possible?

Yes — the Enterprise scope supports on-premise and private-cloud deployments for teams with data-residency or infrastructure requirements. Because everything is containerized, it runs on any Docker- or Kubernetes-compatible environment.

AI

Is AI included?

Yes — an AI module (backed by Anthropic Claude) adds smart search, recommendations, demand forecasting, dynamic pricing, routing help, a chatbot assistant and fraud signals. It's a plug-and-play layer enabled per client, and comes as part of the Enterprise super-app scope.

Support

What support and updates are included?

The license is one-time; optional annual support covers updates, security patches and assistance. Standard support comes with Starter, priority with Growth and a dedicated SLA with Enterprise. Managed-hosting customers receive updates applied for them.
